Warranty Program
At Luminova Premium Car Care, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or product faults that occur under normal use and application. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can inspect and resolve the issue promptly.
To file a warranty or defect claim:
Once approved, we’ll guide you through replacement, exchange, or refund options according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Email us at info@luminovastore.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the issue.
Our support team will review your claim and may request additional details if needed.
We currently provide domestic delivery within the UAE only.

All orders are shipped via trusted UAE-based courier partners with delivery typically within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and
- You have proof of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for opened or used items, chemical consumables, or sale/customized products.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.

Returns & Exchanges
es, you can return or exchange your order within 3 days of delivery, provided that the product is:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Please note that used products, chemical consumables, and sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Our return process is simple and transparent:
- Contact us at info@luminovastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include on your package.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping & Recent Orders
All Luminova Premium Car Care orders are shipped through trusted UAE-based courier partners.
We work with reputable logistics companies to ensure your package is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and courier details.
If you see “USPS” mentioned on a tracking update, it may be due to third-party international tracking systems automatically labeling the status.
Since we only ship within the UAE, all deliveries are handled locally through UAE-based courier partners.
If your tracking status seems unclear, please contact our support team at info@luminovastore.com, and we’ll verify your shipment status directly with the courier.
Delivery times within the UAE typically range from 2–3 business days after your order has been processed.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are usually shipped the same day, while those placed later are shipped on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.
For Luminova Premium Car Care, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Occasionally, delays occur due to:
- Courier system updates,
- High shipment volumes, or
- Temporary technical issues.
